Tkt It.com is relaunching as Stubmatic

We’re delight to reveal some big changes we have been working on. Firstly in addition to the recent site design changes we are relaunching as Stubmatic.com and ready to reveal our new branding. One thing that we have found over the last year is that not only has the name caused confusion it has also been difficult to memorise and tell people about. The new logo will fit staight into our newly designed look and feel. We will also be moving to a new URL

All existing tktit.com urls will automatically redirect (and will continue to redirect for the foreseeable future) to the correct location on stubmatic.com. You don’t need to worry about updating your old links just yet, but we do ask that you use the new urls for any new events you are linking directly to and if you have any pages that link to your box office, you update these to the new stubmatic.com box office URL when possible.

for example:

www.tktit.com/myboxoffice/username becomes www.stubmatic.com/myboxoffice/username

As well as the new name we have also become incorporated as Vibrant Apps Ltd look out for more exciting products and services from us in the future.

Below are a list of new features that will be included with our next update / rebrand.

New Features

1) New Community and Help

To provide better service to our customers, we are moving out customer community and help to the GetSatisfaction web site at the following address: http://getsatisfaction.com/vibrantapps/products/vibrantapps_stubmatic

Please post your questons, feature requests and bugs here. (You can use it already)

In addition we have added more inline help and the option to switch off this additional help in the My Account section, once you are comfortable with the site.

2) SSL Security

We will be encrypting all members areas of our site and the entire order process, not just the payment pages which means you can access your data and you customers can purchase your tickets with the added confidence of privacy and security that SSL brings.

3) New welcome page / overview

When you log into Stubmatic, you will be greated by a new welcome page. This will guide new users though creating an event, publishing it to their box office and promoting the published event. Once you are successfully selling tickets, you will have the option to convert the welcome page to an account overview page showing the next 5 events to start (including those that started in the last 7 days). From here you will to access sales information directly. In addition the page will also display your last 5 orders across all your events.

Subscriptions

Unfortunately we are going to have to make some changes to the pricing model that tktit.com has been using. £20 a year for unlimited events & tickets, as well as the level of free events we have been providing, is not a sustainable long term business model. So Stubmatic will be launched with 5 new monthly subscription plans.

What does this mean for our current members? Well, I am pleased to announce that all our current free members will be provided with a 1 year free subscription to our Basic Plan which provides 5 events per month and 250 tickets per event. All of our Pro members will be provided with 1 year subscription to our Enterprise Plan, providing 250 events per month and 10000 tickets per event.

Finally I would like to say a massive thank you to all our members for the positive feedback and encouragement you have given over the last year.
